At Christie Treats, we create delicious, allergen-friendly desserts using premium ingredients. Every order is made with care, and every customer is treated with grace. We follow Florida Cottage Food Law, meaning our treats are shelf-stable and made safely from our home kitchen.
📅 Timeframe to Order
• Standard: Order 3 days in advance
• Custom Orders:
• 1–2 dozen: 1 week notice
• 3–4 dozen: 2 weeks notice, deposit due 1 week prior
• 5+ dozen: 1 month notice, deposit due 2 weeks prior
Tiered & Themed Cakes
• Buttercream: 1 month notice, deposit due 2 weeks prior
• Detailed designs: 2 months notice, deposit due 4 weeks prior

📦 What You Need to Know
🧁 Shelf-Stable Only
We do not use dairy-based fillings or frostings. All products are safe to store at room temperature and include full ingredient lists for allergy awareness.
☀️ Outdoor Events
We take great care to ensure your desserts arrive fresh, beautiful, and ready to bless your gathering. Because our products are nonperishable and shelf-stable, they travel well—but Florida’s heat and humidity can still pose challenges.
Please note:
• Outdoor conditions may cause desserts to melt, soften, or lose shape
• We are not responsible for any damage after delivery or pick-up due to weather, heat exposure, or vehicle conditions
To protect your treats:
• Keep them indoors and cool until serving
• Avoid placing desserts in direct sunlight or warm vehicles
We’re happy to advise on safe transport and setup—just ask!

Our prices are competitive and reflect:

Example: Our Triple Chocolate Cherry Cake includes certified gluten-free flour, organic pure cane sugar, plant-based butter, dairy-free chocolate, flaxseed “eggs,” tart cherries, and more—plus packaging and decorative touches that reflect our care in every detail.
💸 Deposits & Payments
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all standard orders
A 50% non-fundable deposit is required for all custom orders
Full payment is due at pick-up or delivery
🔁 Refunds
Contingent on the following:
• Cancelation of Standard Order For Same Day Pick-Up → No refund of deposit
• Cancelation of Standard 3 Day Order: Same day of ordering → Full deposit refund
• Cancelation of Standard Order after the same day → No refund of deposit
• Cancelation of Custom Order within 3 days of ordering → Full deposit refund
• Cancelation of Custom Order within 10 days of event → No refund of deposit
• Unsatisfied at arrival → Full refund if paid, minus deposit
• No refund after consumption or post-pickup damage

Delivery (Southeast Orlando area)
• 0–10 miles: $15
• 11–20 miles: $25
Pick-Up
• Prepare your vehicle: cool, clean, and secure
• Drive carefully—cakes are fragile!
• We are not liable for damage after pick-up
